THE CLUB IS STILL HERE.NOW WE BUILD IT BACK UP.
Vikat still comes together, still competes and still carries the work of the players who kept it alive. What is missing is the week-to-week club around that team: regular training, more players, more organisers and a path for younger people.
WE STILL HAVE A TEAM. WE DO NOT YET HAVE A REGULAR CLUB PROGRAMME.
RFC Märjamaa still enters the Estonian Olympic Rugby Championships. Around five Vikat players train regularly during the year, mostly with Tallinn Kalev, but Vikat does not currently run weekly sessions of its own.
We can find seven players reliably and sometimes reach twelve or thirteen by calling people one by one. That is enough for one tournament. It is not enough for regular training, squad depth or an easy route for newcomers.
The goal is clear: regular sessions in Märjamaa and/or Tiskre, more adult players, a separate U16–U18 pathway and enough organisers to keep the work shared.
SEE HOW TO JOINA SMALL CORE. A LOT TO REBUILD.
These numbers are not a campaign device. They are simply where the club stands today.
FIVE PRACTICAL NEEDS.
We are not looking for polish. We need the basic things that make regular club activity possible.
PLAYER RECRUITMENT
Reach adults who have never played, former players who might return and people willing to train regularly.
MORE ORGANISERS
Share recruitment, session planning, communication, events and the day-to-day jobs that otherwise fall to two or three people.
USEFUL EQUIPMENT
Balls, cones, bibs, tackle equipment and loan kit for newcomers.
WINTER TRAINING
Indoor space or gym access so activity can continue through winter.
MEDIA & VISIBILITY
Photography, video, design and social media that help people notice the club and understand how to join.
MONEY IS NOT THE ONLY WAY TO HELP.
The club can use time, transport, equipment, facilities, skills, contacts and players just as much as cash.
MORE ADULT PLAYERS NOW. A U16–U18 PATHWAY BESIDE THEM.
Adult recruitment is the immediate priority. We want beginners, returning players and anyone who could train in Märjamaa, Tiskre or both. Experience helps, but reliability matters more.
At the same time, we want to test interest in a separate U16–U18 group through Märjamaa Gümnaasium. There is no youth team yet. We first need young players, parents and adults willing to organise it.
- Build an adult interest list for Märjamaa, Tiskre or both.
- Welcome former players back, even if they cannot promise a full season.
- Test interest in a separate U16–U18 group through the gymnasium.
TELL US YOU WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT THE CLUB.
RFC Märjamaa is a registered non-profit association, but the club bank account is not currently active. Tell us you would like to help and we will contact you when the payment route is ready.
WE WILL EXPLAIN WHERE SUPPORT GOES.
Unless a specific purpose is agreed in advance, contributions will be used where the club needs them most. We are happy to publish a simple annual summary of money, equipment and services received and what they helped us do.
HELP US MAKE VIKAT A WEEKLY CLUB AGAIN.
The players who kept the club alive are part of the next chapter. So is everyone who joins them now.
NO ACTIVE PARTNER LIST YET.ROOM FOR THE RIGHT ONES.
RFC Märjamaa currently has no active commercial partners. This page will grow when real partnerships begin. Until then, we will show the organisations that helped us before and be clear about what support could do now.
IN A SMALL CLUB, SUPPORT IS EASY TO SEE.
We cannot offer a stadium audience or corporate hospitality. We can offer a direct relationship with a small-town club that is trying to return to regular activity.
A partner could help us recruit players, organise weekly training, test a U16–U18 group, secure winter space, improve equipment, travel more safely or tell the story properly.
Because the club is small, the effect of practical support is close enough to see.

THANK YOU, TALLINN KALEV.
Most of the currently active Vikat players train with Tallinn Kalev during the year. Kalev has given them a place to train, play and stay involved while Vikat has had no regular programme of its own.
At the Estonian Olympic Rugby Championships, the clubs separate and compete against one another again. We value both the rivalry and the support that makes it possible.
Rebuilding Vikat does not mean turning away from cooperation. It means becoming active enough to contribute more to Estonian rugby.
LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT YOU COULD HELP BUILD.
Financial support, services, equipment, facilities, transport, visibility or a useful idea are all welcome.
HELP BUILD THE CLUB.WE WILL KEEP THE TERMS SIMPLE.
For individuals, companies and organisations that want to help Vikat recruit, train and compete more consistently. We will agree a practical arrangement around what you can genuinely offer.
START WITH THE THING YOU CAN GENUINELY HELP WITH.
The right arrangement may come from one person, a local business, a larger organisation or somebody able to provide a useful resource.
It could be financial support, indoor space, transport, equipment, printing, media work, professional advice or one defined project. The scope depends on the contribution and what the club can realistically deliver.
Before anything begins, we will agree what the support is for, what Vikat can offer in return and how the result will be reported.

These are not fixed packages or price bands. They are clear starting points for a conversation.
BACK THE CLUB
Contribute without restricting the support to one narrow cost.
BACK A DEFINED PROJECT
Fund or provide one agreed outcome with a realistic scope.
BUILD AN ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
Create a visible relationship across a season or agreed period.
PROVIDE GOODS, SERVICES OR ACCESS
Remove a practical obstacle with something useful rather than money.
The club bank account and direct donation route are not currently active. Contact us first. Any purpose, recognition and practical benefit will be agreed clearly before support is accepted.
RECOGNITION SHOULD MATCH THE SUPPORT.
Nothing is automatic and nothing is padded for appearance. The exact return is agreed in advance and depends on what actually exists during the partnership.
- PUBLIC RECOGNITION
- Website placement, links and social-media acknowledgement.
- PHYSICAL VISIBILITY
- Kit or banner placement when those items are produced and the arrangement makes sense.
- CONTENT & EXPERIENCES
- Partner mentions, photographs, video, an introductory rugby session or a team visit.
- A CLEAR RECORD
- A plain summary of the contribution and what it helped the club accomplish.
ONE CONVERSATION.CLEAR TERMS.NO SURPRISES.
The arrangement can be small or substantial. The process remains the same.
- 01TELL US WHAT YOU CAN OFFER
Money, services, equipment, facilities, transport, visibility or one useful idea.
- 02CHOOSE THE PURPOSE
Support the club generally or agree one defined project with a realistic scope.
- 03AGREE THE RETURN
Confirm what recognition, content, visibility or experience Vikat can genuinely deliver.
- 04REPORT THE RESULT
Complete the agreed work and explain clearly what the support helped change.
GENERAL SUPPORT LETS THE CLUB RESPOND TO WHAT IS MOST URGENT.
If a purpose is not agreed in advance, support will be used where the club needs it most. This allows us to cover the most urgent training, recruitment or tournament cost instead of leaving money unused in the wrong category.
BRING US AN IDEA, A RESOURCE OR A QUESTION.
We will tell you honestly whether it fits and agree the next step from there.
